"When I was little girl, and was a flower girl (only once, though it was my life's ambition), the bride took me aside at the rehearsal dinner to show me her veil (squeee!) and to explain to me that you should always, always make your veil. She explained that veils were marked up, and a huge rip off, and pretty easy to sew. I, of course, listened carefully, and nodded seriously, and then Remembered Forever."
